• You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
🔹 Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
🔹 Exchanges (Defective or Wrong Items)
• If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
🔹 Warranty Claims
• Certain products (such as paddles) come with manufacturer warranty coverage.
